Shipments & Returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can of course return it without giving any reason. You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the day you received your order.
To notify us of your return, simply send an email to info@goldandcove.com within this 14-day period.
We will then email you a return label. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund — within Germany, this is €4.99 per package.
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the corresponding amount via your original method of payment.
Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be refunded within 14 days. Please note that the return shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are currently not possible. However, you’re of course welcome to return your item and place a new order afterward.
As GOLD & COVE is still a small brand, we’re currently unable to offer free returns – thank you for your understanding and for supporting handmade pieces in small batches.
