Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period ends fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email or sent by post) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically. In that case, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. Packages returned without prior request for return may not be accepted.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur charges for this refund.

We may withhold refund until we have received the returned goods.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These amount to €4.99 per package within Germany. For returns from other EU countries (excluding Germany), return shipping costs are €13.99 per package. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn and unused and returned in their original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exchange

Returning your received item is the fastest way to obtain the desired product. If the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item in a seperate order.
